I recently had the pleasure of working with Ace Home Inspections for a client who is a first-time homebuyer. The inspector was incredibly thorough and professional, walking my client through every step of the inspection process. He took the time to explain what he found and answered all her questions, which really helped to calm her nerves. His patience and expertise made the entire experience much less stressful for her. I highly recommend Ace Home Inspections for anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector.Posted on Google

Cody KenngottI recently had the pleasure of working with Dave, and his service was refreshing. Due to an unfortunate experience with a different company we were in need of a thorough and honest inspection. We knew we were in good hands when Dave arrived. He's friendly and knowledgeable. He explained things in detail but made them easy to understand. He was very patient with us and our most likely redundant questions. We also very much appreciated his recommendations and practical insights to a few problems. Overall, I would highly recommend Dave to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector in the Knoxville area. He gave us the most confidence we have had during this entire process.Posted on Google

Abigail EmeryWe had Dave from Ace Home Inspection come out to help us locate our septic tank. He brought a really nifty scope and other instruments with him and located our septic in less than an hour! His pricing is fair and he was very professional! We will definitely be calling Ace Home Inspection again if we need any inspections in the future.Posted on Google
